A licensed REALTOR® and Broker-Associate for more than 16 years, Pedro specializes in acreage, ranches, recreational land, farms, and residential properties throughout California’s Central Coast, with particular expertise in San Luis Obispo and South Monterey Counties.  Whether helping a first-time homebuyer, marketing a luxury ranch, or evaluating a complex rural property, he is known for providing practical advice, thoughtful strategy, and clear communication from start to finish.

Before entering real estate, Pedro spent more than a decade in land development and construction management, overseeing residential communities from planning and entitlement through construction, project close-out, and new homeowner move-ins.  That experience gives him a unique understanding of land use, construction, development, infrastructure, and property evaluation—combined with a deep appreciation for exceptional customer service—helping clients recognize opportunities, avoid costly surprises, and make informed decisions with confidence.

Over the years, Pedro has successfully represented buyers and sellers in hundreds of transactions involving homes, investment properties, agricultural land, recreational acreage, vineyards, coastal properties, and estates. His clients appreciate his attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and calm, solutions-focused approach, especially when transactions become complex. 

For more than 13 years, Pedro has worked alongside fellow Realtor® Carolynne Potts, providing clients with a highly personalized level of service built on trust, responsiveness, and long-term relationships.  Their goal has always been simple: to treat every client the way they would want to be treated, doing whatever it takes to help them achieve a successful outcome.

Away from the office, Pedro enjoys spending time with his family, exploring California’s mountains and backcountry, hunting, fishing, hiking, and traveling.  He is also an avid Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, coach, and competitor, where the same qualities that define his real estate career—discipline, preparation, patience, and continuous learning—are tested every time he steps onto the mat.
